Review and counsel on all types of promotions, offers and subscriptions, including pricing promotions, product and discount offers, and subscriptions services (such as auto-renewal subscription services)
Draft relevant terms and disclaimers
Talent and Influencer Engagement
Provide end-to-end legal support for working with talent and creators
Draft and negotiate talent and influencer agreements
Advise on union compliance and related considerations
Review scripts, deliverables, and campaign materials

Advise on social media messaging in line with legal requirements and platform rules
Sponsorships and Events
Structure and negotiate sponsorship and event-related agreements, from small sponsorship deals all the way to large deals with professional sports leagues/teams and large venues

Advise at all stages of creative production, including ideation, agency engagement (if applicable), script review, talent/vendor engagement, media buying, and more
Product and Sustainability Claims
Advise on product and sustainability claims, including compliance with FTC rules (e.g. FTC’s endorsement guides and Green Guides)
Counsel on substantiation needed to support claims
Advise on structuring compliant contests and sweepstakes
Draft official rules and promotional terms
Review marketing materials for compliance
Apparel Labeling
Review care labels, content labels, and hangtags
